I was seven and I do remember watching the lunar landing with most of the neighborhood kids we played baseball and would quit to watch the interesting parts of
the landing sequence. It was a warm summer evening and one of those best of the summer kind of days for the Seattle area when living in the northwest has very
few competitors in the worlds great places to live catagory.

Thanks for the advice there Invunche. I spent the other day with my best friend and work partner who is getting both his hips replaced, and he is still
recovering from back surgery, his shoulders are arthritic and he has carpel tunnel syndrome in both wrists. He just turned fifty. I have many of the same
issues just not nearly as severe maybe I was luckier. I started working out again, a thing I have not done since I quit boxing and I am back down to less then
215 pounds which is ok for my now six foot frame but I think I am going to try and get back down to fighting weight around 180 or less. My hope is that with
less weight to pack around I will have less joint problems now and in the future. Still thanks for the advice.

I was only 11 but seem to remember watching it on TV. Or maybe it was the recording on the news.
